They include a 34 percent tariffs on all U.S goods and restrictions on exports of rare earth minerals. Recently, Trump said he’s willing to negotiate–even suggested the popular Tiktok app, which is owned by China, could be a selling point…. But, with global financial markets sliding…how far are both countries willing to go? And will this back-and-forth change trade policies?
