Sudan’s army declares Khartoum state ‘completely free’ of paramilitary RSF

The Sudanese army says it’s now in complete control of the Khartoum state after clearing it of the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces.
The announcement comes nearly two months after the military captured the capital.
Sudan’s army and the RSF have been fighting for control for more than two years.
The conflict has killed tens of thousands.
Aid agencies say the country is facing the world’s worst humanitarian crisis.
