In Sudan, loud explosions were heard in the cities of Omdurman and Atbara, north of the capital. The Rapid Support Forces launched drone attacks just hours after agreeing to a humanitarian ceasefire. This agreement was initiated by the “Quad,” consisting of the US, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the UAE.
Aljazeera’s Hiba Morgan reports, some are skeptical that the RSF will abide by the truce, if implemented.
