China has urged ASEAN member states and Gulf nations to consolidate their trade and investment ties in response to the threat of a global trade war.
China’s premier Li Qiang and several leaders from the Gulf Cooperation Council attended the second day of a summit of the trading bloc in Malaysia.
They discussed ways to insulate their economies from the impact of US tariffs.
