Ethiopia to inaugurate mega dam, fuelling downstream fears over Nile water security

Africa’s largest and perhaps most controversial dam will be inaugurated tomorrow.

It relies on the Nile for almost all of its fresh water and fears the dam could reduce the flow of the river.

Al Jazeera’s Bernard Smith reports from the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa.
